Brief Description:
Heavy Duty Roller Conveyors are used for moving items that are at least 500 lbs. This type of Conveyors make the handling of such heavy equipment/products easier and more time effective. Many of the heavy duty roller conveyors can move as fast as 75 feet/minute. Other types of heavy duty roller conveyors are gravity roller conveyor, chain driven live roller conveyor, pallet accumulation conveyor, multi-strand chain conveyor, and chain & roller transfers.
Working Principle：
Roller conveyor is mainly composed of multiple rollers and chains. The chain and the drum are connected to each other so that all drums have a linkage relationship, in which two drums are connected with the motor (motor) through the chain, and the drum is driven by the motor (motor) through the reducer, thereby driving all the drums to rotate, and the motor (motor) is generally installed in the middle to reduce the tensile force of the chain, which is conducive to dragging. The object is fed from the starting end, falls on the rotating drum, and is transported to the end by the drum friction.
