Brief Description:
Double Roller Conveyor was designed to provide adjustable flattening and tenderizing of meat before entering a shredder or other further processing operation.The unique design of this roller conveyor allows for each roller to be adjusted independently of the other, giving you the option for a progressive flattening of your product. The rollers can be adjusted from either side of the conveyor. Both rollers are filled with dye to alert operators and maintenance should the roller ever crack — preventing bacteria from getting into the roller and causing a food safety issue.The Double Roller Conveyor is the ultimate solution to flattening and tenderizing your meat product.
Working Principle：
The belt conveyor is mainly composed of rollers at both ends and a closed conveyor belt on which it is tightly sleeved. The roller that drives the belt is called a drive roller (active roller): another roller that only changes the direction of movement of the conveyor belt is called a reversing roller (passive roller). The drive roller is driven by a motor (motor) through a reducer, and the conveyor belt is dragged by the friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt. The drive roller is generally installed at the discharge end to increase traction and facilitate dragging. The material is fed by the feeding end, falls on the rotating conveyor belt, and is transported to the discharge end by the relative movement of the conveyor belt.
