Breif Description:
An incline belt conveyor is used when products must be transported upwards. A buckle belt is used when products have to rise and where the first and/or last part must be flat. A conveyor belt can be provided with carriers or high-friction belt material to ensure that the products do not roll down or slide. We offer the option of placing an aluminium or stainless steel feed and or discharge funnel on the conveyor belt in which the products are collected.
Working Principle:
Belt conveyor is mainly composed of roller at both ends and closed Cleated Conveyor tightly set on it. The roller that drives the Cleated Conveyor to rotate is called the driving roller (active roller): the other roller that only changes the direction of Cleated Conveyor movement is called the redirecting roller (passive roller). The driving roller is driven by a motor (motor) through a reducer, and the Cleated Conveyor is dragged by the friction between the driving roller and the Cleated Conveyor. The drive roller is generally installed at the discharge end to increase the traction force, which is conducive to dragging. The material is fed from the feeding end, falls on the rotating Cleated Conveyor, and is transported to the discharging end by the relative motion of the Cleated Conveyor.
